No Artificial Additives
Jeff Weesner
More and more people are looking for dinner, breakfast and sausages without artificial preservatives. Pastured and grass fed sales spiked after the Consumer Reports review condemning industrial farms and the commercial meat industry. Then came the repeated news line that artificial preservatives in commercially processed meats is bad for you. The study looked at people eating about three meals a day of fast food and processed packaged meats.
I've known this my whole life. Nice to have proof. But I probably prefer old adages and intuition.
