Weesner Meadow is a natural ranch near Holly Springs. Individual gourmet cuts shipped anywhere. All products have fantastic, old world flavors. They are unique to the local forage and spring water, and are responsibly processed in small batches.

We're uncertified organic. Natural makes sense. Expansive fields, grass, nuts, grubs and clear water work well. The official organic system is expensive and emphasizes checklists and allowed exceptions. Free range and grass fed fit our ideas.

Eat out! Nice grass fed lamb is prepared at Ravine, Oxford MS by Chef Joel Smith or at Chef Tyler Clancey's antebellum supper club. And Tyler's southern smoked BBQ, New Orleans seafood & comfort gourmet can be found everyday at his Clancy's Cafe (Hwy 78 at Red Banks, MS.) There are others but these really are wonderful.
