Takin' hams to smoker

Chef Tyler, Clancy's, is going to smoke a gouple of 9 lb bone in whole hams for us. Which is a problem... 

I'm starving now.

The aroma and taste of fresh eggs, sautéed spinach, and aged beef have been so good around the house that I skip meals out or choose only restaurants that have great flavour.
