Hanging Weight is Before the Cuts are Made

Pure luxury.  Single source foods. It is a different way of appreciating time honored free range artisan approach to meat, bones and fat. Buying whole pork or beef opens up your selection of cuts that fits your cooking. It makes broths, marrows, homemade lard and tallow simpler to plan.

Market Price Option: For the most control of cost and selection, you can be very involved and pay the grass-fed/pastured Market Price. We’ll transport your reserved livestock to the meat processor of your choice. To reserve, simply place your deposit here for pork or beef. Then you’ll pay the remaining balance when we get the processor’s live or hanging weight. Finally, you’ll pay the processor when you pickup.

Opt for Delivery: If you would like us to pickup the final product and deliver to your door, we charge $4/mile for up to a two-and-a-half hour drive from our farm. To reserve, place your deposit here for pork or beef.

All Inclusive Price: You can pay a fixed price plus any delivery fee. Most of our cattle are 500-800 live weight and hogs are 200-400 lbs. We select only a few nice cuts and the rest will be ground and sausage. By including more cuts in the grind, flavor improves. Click either pork or beef to prepay the WHOLE guaranteed price.
