The only fat in the pan is the olive oil you'll need to pan fry our lean breakfast sausage.
Sliced onion, sliced pastured sausage (no shaping, the grind is perfect), rice from the fridge (add Herbs de Provance), med-high heat, peel and slice a cucumber. I did this in a foil pan as I have no idea where we keep the corning ware.
